An auditor visits stations as a mystery shopper or an announced auditor. The report comes out as an image, ready to send over WhatsApp.

All ten stations ranked by score, with the year's audits, shift coverage, and recurring issues.

Fleet registry

Over 60 trucks and their drivers, with documentation, inspection and insurance expiration alerts, and fuel consumption per unit.

The monitor reads the prices retail chains are required to report to Argentina's SEPA price-transparency system. Before it's shown, every price is checked against the brand's own catalog. For yerba mate, one snapshot alone covers six chains and 27 brands, in price per kilo.

A command center brings together public works, services, safety, health, education, HR and finance in a management ring with its own index.

Status flags are calculated against thresholds the municipality itself sets. Every pending decision arrives with its options, cost, timeline and risk, and stays tracked until it's resolved. In another municipality we added an HR dashboard that follows headcount and overtime across every department.

Un Centro de Comando reúne obras, servicios, seguridad, salud, educación, RRHH y finanzas en un anillo de gestión con índice propio.

Los semáforos se calculan con los umbrales que define el municipio. Cada decisión pendiente llega con sus opciones, costo, plazo y riesgo, y queda en seguimiento hasta que se resuelve. En otro municipio sumamos un tablero de RRHH que sigue la dotación y las horas extras de todas las secretarías.
